Hermes Abrasives, Ltd. announces the promotion of Mr. Ken Lamay to National Sales Manager, effective May 13, 2003. As National Sales Manager, Ken will be responsible for all sales and marketing activities for Hermes Abrasives, Ltd. in the United States and Mexico.

A graduate of Penn State University, Mr. Lamay has been active in the abrasives industry since 1982. He joined Hermes Abrasives in June of 1990 as Marketing and Sales Administration Manager.

Since joining Hermes, Ken has made many contributions to the success of the sales and marketing areas as well as to the company in general.
