Hermes Abrasives, one of the world's leading producers of industrial abrasives, announces the introduction of On-line Order Status, providing Hermes' Distributors a fast and efficient way to view the status of orders, even when Customer Service is not open.

The password protected site allows registered customers to view open and invoiced orders (up to 14 days) via the Internet.

Distributors can utilize the site by visiting www.HermesAbrasives.com and clicking on Order Status from the menu (an Order Status link is also available at the bottom of the page.)

A listing of open orders and orders shipped in the last 14 days will appear, sorted by order number. Additional detail may be viewed by clicking on the order number.

If an order was shipped via UPS, a link to the UPS tracking site is provided allowing tracking of shipments without writing down the tracking number.

On-line Order Status allows distributors an easy way to review open and recently shipped orders anytime.
